Returns (if applicable)
1. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return your items within 30 days of receipt free of charge. Returned item(s) will be refunded or exchanged. Please note shipping charges will not be refunded.
2. If you received the wrong items by our mistake,you can return it back to us or we can reship the new correct items to you,and please email email@example.com with the subject line: WRONG ITEMS. Please include your order number so we can assist you.Please note that the shipping fee will be charged by us.
3. All items must be returned in its original, factory condition, (unaltered, unworn, undamaged and with tags attached with the original packaging) as we do not sell refurbished or previously owned products. Please make sure the wig is INTACT and the LACE has NOT been cut.

If the return is caused by the consumer, consumer should be responsible for the shipping fee. The specific fee should be based on the express company you choose.
If due to our reasons, the goods received are damaged or not correct, the consumer is not required to bear the shipping fee for this reason
No restocking fee to be charged to the consumers for the return of a product.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will email you a notification of receipt. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at email@example.com.
We can cancel the order for you if you contact us in time after your purchase.
Order Is Progressing
1. If you contact us within 24 hours before your order shipping out after your payment finished, 5% of the order total will be charged as transaction fee.
2. If after 24 hours, 10% of the order total will be charged as transaction and handling fee.
Order Is Shipped Out
1. Orders can’t be cancelled once the parcel is shipped out.And hope you can kindly understand.
Note: If requesting for repair or exchange or cancel your order, you shall firstly contact us by service email: firstname.lastname@example.org. We will not provide any exchange, return or repair service on returned items without our permission, and all loss will be afforded by customers.
If your items are received damaged, please send a photo with the damaged item along with your order number to email@example.com with the subject line: DAMAGED. This should be submitted within 14 days of receiving your order.
Please note, our lashes are handmade, so discrepancies may occur. If the lashes differ from one another in regard to hair assignment, this may not constitute as damage.
Items not received
If you have not received your full order, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org with the subject line: MISSING ITEM along with your order number. Please note cases should be reported within 10 days of receiving your order so we can investigate this fully, after this timeframe cases may no longer be eligible for review.
Free Standard Shipping Thresholds
We offer free standard shipping on international for all orders. Please note this does not include any taxes, duties or fees applied to your shipment.
Tax & duty charges
Please note that international orders may be subject to additional tax & duties applied by your local customs office. We highly recommend that you check whether local tax or duties may be applied to your order before making any purchases from our website.
If there are additional charges to be made, the carrier will contact you for payment before or upon delivery.
If you refuse to pay tax & duties applied to your order, the carrier will attempt to return your order to us. If successful, a refund will be processed within 14 days of receipt however the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund amount.
Please note some countries may not allow your order to be returned for failure to pay tax & duty in which case a refund is not guaranteed.
